For the first time in Russia, the artists will present a performance – Gueule d’ours (“Bear’s Mouth”) with the participation of performers on stilts in bear costumes. Another unique show will be presented by the Italian theater troupe Corona - dancers, acrobats and musicians will perform the play Fiore di Loto (Lotus Flower).

Muzeon Art Park
The 6th International Theater Festival “Bright People” will be held at Muzeon. The theme of “Bright People” is “Design Moscow”. Together with stylists, guests will come up with and create their own unique look. Fashion shows from Moscow designers will be held three times a day. You can get acquainted with literature and learn about new trends of the season at the unusual Fashion + Poetry show: young actors in designer suits will read poems by modern poets. On City Day, a theatrical festive program for the whole family will be held in Catherine Park, in which our Great victories are told in a form accessible to children and youth. Military leaders and commanders, ordinary soldiers and sailors of the Russian army will appear before the audience in a revived musical history from the march of the Semenovsky regiment to the military music of our days. In the program dedicated to the 870th anniversary of Moscow, heroic pages of history will alternate with stories about the peaceful life of the capital and its everyday work.
In the final part of the program, spectators will enjoy performances by modern popular performers and groups who will perform popular songs. A special feature of the program will be the involvement of children and adults in it. Guests will not just be spectators, but also participants in a theatrical program with interactive elements.
Sokolniki Park
The central theme of the City Day celebration in Sokolniki will be “Opera”. The concert program of the holiday will begin with a live performance of the Moscow anthem, followed by performances by opera singers. On the Main Alley of the park there will be pedestals with “living” statues in snow-white costumes, which will perform opera roles for guests. The concert program will be complemented by world-famous performers from Europe. In addition, guests will be able to take part in the “Parks are Singing” program and perform their favorite songs. Hermitage Garden
On September 9, the garden will host the fifth annual Theater March festival. The best Moscow theaters will present their performances in a 12-hour marathon: Musical Theater named after K.S. A vivid expression of the Russian soul - the poems of Sergei Yesenin and the melodies of well-known songs based on his poems are for the first time in the world conveyed in the universal language of jazz, blues and soul music and sounded in three languages - Italian, English and Russian. Garden named after Bauman
Visitors to the garden will spend the weekend in the atmosphere of the 60s and 70s. Guests of the event will be able to learn about the sights of the history of the Basmanny district of Moscow as part of an impromptu retro excursion program and a historical lecture. The festival program includes film screenings of favorite films of the 60s and 70s, a photo exhibition about the life of people in the era of the Khrushchev era and the first manned flight into space, poems by famous poets, interactive entertainment for children and adults. SUP yoga on Pionersky Pond
This is an unusual type of yoga that combines spiritual practices and balancing on the water surface. On the board you can feel harmony with your body - if you transfer your weight incorrectly, the floating board will let you know about it. Classes will be held regularly on weekends, participation is free.
