For regular passengers of Pegasus Fly airline, check-in for a flight is a matter of a few minutes, because they know the carrier’s conditions and quickly and wisely make the right choice. How can I register? How does Pegay Fly online check-in differ from the usual procedure, and what airline requirements do you need to remember? Let's consider these features in detail.

"Outdated" version of electronic registration

Since the end of March 2017, charters of the carrier Pegas Fly have been flying from Moscow (Sheremetyevo Airport). Consequently, passengers can check in for their flight here and go through all the necessary steps. This is an alternative method of electronic registration, which is used by many Pegasus Fly clients.

All procedures are carried out at special counters, from where the aircraft takes off. For domestic flights, the time reserve should be from 2 hours or more, and for international flights - from 3 hours. The disadvantage of this method is the need to arrive at the airport in advance and stand in line to undergo the necessary procedures.

To check in for a flight to Sheremetyevo, you need to find terminal “D” and go to one of the counters (93 or 99). Please note that only local time is indicated during the checkout process.

Conditions for online registration on the official website of Pegasus Fly

People who are accustomed to saving time and using every minute profitably prefer another option - registering on the official website of the Pegasus Fly airline online.

The following conditions must be met:

  • Availability of a travel document issued via the Internet. Online registration takes place using an electronic ticket.
  • The passenger travels in one of the directions indicated in the table. It can be a regular or charter flight (it doesn’t matter). When making transit flights, you will not be able to check in online at an “intermediate” airport.

  • The passenger travels without animals and does not belong to a special category of clients (unaccompanied children, disabled people and others).

Checking in for an Icarus (Pegasus Fly) flight: benefits

Peges Fly customers should be aware of the benefits they receive when choosing online check-in with an e-ticket. The following bonuses are worth highlighting:

  • No connection to the airport. All activities are carried out via a computer connected to the global network. This is very convenient and saves time.
  • begins one day (24 hours) and ends an hour before the aircraft departs.
  • Unlike the classic procedure, when you have to put up with an automatically selected location, here you can do this work yourself. There is a chance to choose a comfortable seat in a suitable part of the aircraft cabin.
  • The ability to print the ticket immediately after online registration on the official website of the Pegas Fly carrier, and then use the document at the airport.

When is it not possible to register online?

Ikar Airlines imposes a number of restrictions that do not allow you to check in online. So, if you have luggage or carry-on luggage on hand, you will have to go to the check-in counter to check out the items you have on hand. It is also worth highlighting a number of other restrictions:

  • Transportation of a group of people (10 people or more).
  • Need for a cradle (when flying with a baby under 2 years old).
  • When accompanied by a passenger (disabled person, child).
  • Providing a seat for a person traveling with a child under 2 years old.

At the gate, the airline customer must present a ticket. If, after registering on the official website of the Pegasus Fly airline, you were unable to print your boarding pass, you should contact the carrier’s employee at the counter and ask him to do this work. Please note here that check-in closes 40 minutes before the ship's departure. When checking in luggage, it is worth studying in advance the standards set by the carrier.

What else needs to be considered?

During the online registration process on the Icarus (Pegasus Fly) website, a number of points must be taken into account:

  • If desired, the passenger has the right to change the seat that was previously selected. To do this, you need to go to the aircraft diagram, select a different seat and save the changes.
  • Please note that you will have to go through security control at the airport, so it is advisable to arrive early.
  • The seat chosen during electronic check-in is retained by the passenger, but the airline reserves the right to adjust it if there is an urgent need.

  • To exchange or return a ticket, it is recommended to contact the place where you purchased your boarding pass.
  • Before going through all the procedures, you should study the baggage allowance and rules of conduct on board.
  • If you don’t have your ticket number at hand, you won’t be able to check in online for Pegasus Fly.
  • Please note that the boarding document number contains 13 digits. When entering a number, enter before the main character set. “000” - for charters (four digits in the number), “216” - regular flights (the number starts with eight), “770” - also for regular flights (three digits in the number).

Ikar is a Russian airline engaged in the organization and implementation of long-haul air transportation for passengers. It has become famous among many tourists thanks to regular flights from Russian cities to the best resorts in the world. Its main office is located at the Krasnoyarsk airport "Emelyanovo", branches are located in Moscow and Khabarovsk.

The beginning of Ikar’s activities can be considered in 1993, when a small agency was created in Magadan, and its employees had Mi-8 helicopters at their disposal for cargo transportation and control of forest fires. The turning point came in 2013, when the company was bought by other owners and the office moved to Krasnoyarsk. The stage of updating the aircraft fleet began and the first charter flights were organized.

Currently, Ikar Airlines owns a large fleet. The airliners include eight Boeing 767-300 and a Boeing 737-800, carrying passengers over medium and long distances. On average, their age is about 17 years. Some aircraft can be easily recognized in the general row. After all, they are painted in accordance with the airline's branding.

Icarus constantly invests in modernizing its machines, purchasing new aircraft.

Much is being done to attract new passengers:

  • promotions and advantageous offers are available on a regular basis;
  • new services and routes are being introduced;
  • There is a professional and well-coordinated team on board.

By using the services of this airline, people can purchase tickets for direct flights to any, even the most remote cities in Russia, and there is no doubt that the trip will be comfortable and safe.

Any questions about the airline’s activities, flights, purchasing tickets, current discounts and many others can be asked by contacting the managers on the hotline +7 391 200 80 70, or by reading the information on the official website of Ikar Airlines.

It is always better to prepare for a trip in advance. Firstly, pre-booking tickets (one to two months before departure) is more profitable. Secondly, you will have time to think through several important points regarding your future trip, for example:

  • the procedure for checking in luggage should be clarified;
  • study the registration rules;
  • make a list of necessary documents, etc.

You can check in for a flight directly at the airport before departure, or from the comfort of your home online on the Icarus airline website pegasfly.com. The latter method is accessible to absolutely everyone (even the most insecure users) thanks to a simple and intuitive interface and detailed instructions on what you should know about web registration.

In order to attract passengers and ensure comfortable flights, Ikar Airlines provides a wide range of various services. Modern flight conditions expand the possibilities for tourists even when traveling in the cheapest economy class.

If a child (from 5 to 12 years old) for some reason needs to go on a flight alone, without adults, crew members will take on the function of accompanying him during the flight. Parents must first provide the airline office with their written consent to transport a young child and some certificates (it is better to clarify the details in advance).

The company often provides the opportunity to choose a location at the request of the client. This service is paid, but Icarus employees always meet halfway and help you get comfortable on board:

  • people with disabilities;
  • elderly and elderly people;
  • pregnant women.

All passengers on board are provided with free meals, hot and cold drinks, including vegetarian options. If necessary, there are goodies for those on a diet, as well as baby food. In order for flight attendants to prepare special conditions in advance, you need to inform the airline about them when purchasing a ticket.

If baggage meets the established weight standards (no more than 20 kg in economy class and 30 kg in business class), then you do not need to pay for its transportation. You can take no more than 5 kg in hand luggage on board the ship. Additional payment is charged only for overweight cargo. In many other airlines, the conditions for transporting baggage in terms of weight are stricter.

After takeoff, you can ask the flight attendants for soft blankets or special travel kits, which include: earplugs, an eye mask, and an inflatable pillow. This service is provided free of charge in the business class cabin.

People who became clients of Ikar Airlines were satisfied in their reviews with the modern organization of passenger service. Among the carrier's popular services, many tourists highlight the convenience of traveling by plane. Clients always have a range of services at their disposal, including:

  • comfortable flight, smooth takeoff and landing;
  • cleanliness on board;
  • comfortable seats in the cabin;
  • friendliness of crew members and flight attendants;
  • low cost of carbonated drinks;
  • unhindered use of electronic devices throughout the flight.

However, some note that planes are often delayed, the food is not always tasty, and it is difficult to get in touch with company managers to clarify issues of interest. But such situations arise very rarely, because it is not always possible to foresee the emergence of difficulties in the service sector.

The airline is working on all the shortcomings and problems, striving to correct them in order to attract customers and improve the quality of service. Therefore, any of your feedback will be heard and taken into account not only by other tourists, but also by the management of the aviation enterprise.

After testing with turbojet engines already installed on the airliner, the aircraft received an FAA certificate indicating that it is fully airworthy. On March 14, 1984, the Boeing 757-200 made its first flight with American Pratt&Whitney PW 2037s engines.

The airliner is very well equipped with everything necessary for a safe flight. The EFIS digital avionics complex is used. Six multifunction displays provide all the necessary flight information. The economy plus business passenger cabin includes 201 seats, and the single-class cabin allows you to take 228 people on board. At the end of 2014, all Boeing 757-200 aircraft were withdrawn from the airline.

Unlike the Boeing 757-200, the Boeing 757-300 is a wide-body aircraft. It is intended not only for medium, but also for long-distance flights. This airliner is 6 meters longer than the Boeing 757-200. Development of this model began in February 1982. Thanks to two additional cabin sections, the Boeing 757-300 can accommodate more passengers. The first section is located in front of the main wing, and the second is in the rear of the cabin.

The first flight of this airliner took place in 1986, and in the same year the Boeing 757-300 received a US aviation certificate. These airliners are equipped with powerful KV-211-524Gs engines (Rolls Royce). The cabin of the liner, which includes 3 classes, accommodates 210 passenger seats, in a two-class configuration - 269 seats, economy class - 328 seats. The airliner makes flights over distances of up to 8,000 kilometers, and the Boeing 757-300ER already flies 11,300 kilometers.
