The following amounts are eligible for refund:

It should be emphasized that even if the full cost of the ticket is received, funds for pre-sale payment, agent fees, and payment system commissions are not refunded.

In cases where the flight did not take place due to the fault of the carrier and the passenger is offered a seat on the next flight at a lower cost, he can count on a refund of the difference. If he is provided with a ticket in return at a higher price than the one originally purchased, then the passenger does not make an additional payment.

What to do if you are late?

If you are late, you should immediately contact the bus station ticket office. In that case, if the bus departed less than three hours ago, compensation is due in the amount of 75% of the cost travel document.
