Classes of service
Onur Air offers its passengers only economy class service, as it strives to make flights as affordable as possible. Free meals are not provided on board, but in the air cafe you can order cold and hot snacks, sandwiches, hearty set lunches, confectionery, sweets, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee.
Baggage transportation
Each passenger over 2 years of age has the right to carry 15 kg of baggage free of charge. If the established norm is exceeded, a fee of 4 euros is charged for each “extra” kilogram. How to check in for an Onur Air flight
Registration for Onur Air flights takes place online from the company’s official website and through mobile applications. You can also check in at the airport. When checking in online, the passenger receives a boarding pass by email to present to airline staff.
Online check-in for a flight begins one day before the flight and ends three hours on international flights, two hours on domestic routes. Passengers must arrive at the airport check-in counter no later than 30-45 minutes before takeoff.
To complete online registration, you will need a PNR. The PNR booking code in the air ticket received by email is located on the right side in the Booking Reference information field. On the printed ticket, the reservation code is a six-character alphanumeric combination, which is also located on the right side.
