We rested in Kholodnaya Rechka in the second half of June 2016. First, the good stuff) The area is wonderful, I really like the village itself, there are places to take a walk. The service staff is very friendly and responsible. We ended up in building No. 1, the farthest one. Special thanks to the maid Rusudana, a wonderful woman! The room is clean, with a refrigerator, TV and split-system. The TV, by the way, had a USB, so take flash drives with movies, because the antenna, no matter what, catches 5-6 channels in terrible quality. There are two warm blankets, although Bagripsha, which is considered better, did not have them (we vacationed there two years ago). The set meals are very filling and tasty, there is always something meaty. It’s a five-minute walk to the sea, there are several grocery stores nearby, and, of course, plenty of souvenirs. The beach is good, clean, with sun loungers. I managed to get wi-fi, although for some reason it never worked for me, but these are minor things. Well, now the cons. A couple of times large cockroaches visited us, but only in the bathroom, fortunately. The lights were turned off every other day for several hours. The TV reception is very poor, although there is a satellite dish hanging on the body. Only one maid per building (27 rooms!). This, of course, does not affect the quality of service, but it was very difficult for the woman! Towards the end of our vacation (fortunately, not from the beginning), the food deteriorated: the portions were sharply cut in half; our neighbors at the table didn’t get it at all a couple of times, because they didn’t arrive at the very beginning of dinner. According to rumors, the owner of the Bagripsh boarding house bought out the Cold River, and here we go. We talked with vacationers in Bagripsha - there were a lot of complaints. One family paid for the most expensive room in the main building, overlooking the sea, and were placed in a new small building near the road, without a balcony and overlooking a hillock. We started complaining to the administration and received the answer: “Contact your tour operator.” Incredibly disregardful attitude towards vacationers! Just to rip off the money. One fine day, while lying on the beach in sunbeds, a guy came up to us and began to demand some coupons for sunbeds! You see, they are only for Bagripsh vacationers. In general, we enjoyed our holiday, we are not very demanding. But all these little things left their mark, and we will not come to this place to relax again.

I vacationed with my husband this summer. I liked it, but not everything. First of all, it's very boring. Secondly, housekeeping is just a name. We came in, cleaned the middle and that was it, no dust, no wet cleaning.
