Indonesia route. Ubud in Bali - what to see? or a travel route for independent people. Food and restaurants

Going to Bali on your own is not difficult - the country has long had a developed tourism infrastructure, there are no problems with food, accommodation, transport, medical care, or Internet access. There are ATMs, currency exchange offices, immigration offices, and travel services.

Book air tickets using booking systems, choose your flight option to the island, and accommodation to suit your taste. Take care of your Indonesian visa as well.

An independent trip to Bali will be cheaper and more eventful than a prepaid tour. Here is a brief summary of how to get there, where to start getting to know the island, what to visit in Bali, and where to live.

Visa for travel to Bali

Depending on the length of your planned stay on the island, you will need a certain type of visa:

  • Free stamp in a foreign passport - placed upon entry into the country, gives the right to stay for 30 days, cannot be extended.
  • Visa on Arrival (VOA) – costs $35 for 30 days, is pasted at the airport when applying at the “Visa on Arrival” counter. After 30 days, it can be extended for another 30 days at the immigration office. Many foreigners live on this visa, traveling outside Indonesia every 60 days and receiving a VOA again at Denpasar Airport upon arrival. This procedure is called “border run”, it can be done within one day.

Other types of visas are suitable for long-term stay in the country (social, work, study, etc.).

Flight to Bali

There are no direct flights from Moscow to the Indonesian island. Search engines will offer flights with one or two transfers at international Asian airports. If you are flying for the first time, then this is the best choice. You and your luggage will be checked in at the point of departure to your destination; your only task will be to find the departure terminal at the transfer airport.

The most profitable option is one long flight from Moscow to any metropolis in Asia. Continue to fly with local airlines (Garuda Indonesia, Air Asia, Tigerair, Lion Air, Wings Air). Singapore, Bangkok, Doha, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta are suitable for transplantation. There are many local airline departures to Bali throughout the day, so you can easily find a suitable flight for yourself.

You can fly to Bali cheaply on your own if you catch special offers from airlines. Companies flying to Singapore and Bangkok often hold promotions, especially in winter, around the New Year. By taking advantage of this special offer, you will save significantly on your flight.

Transport

A self-guided holiday to Bali is an opportunity to experience everything the island has to offer at realistic prices. Make your own routes around the island, visit the most famous temples and waterfalls, walk along the paths among the rice fields, and relax in the spas.

At the same time, you shouldn’t rely on it, he doesn’t come here regularly and rarely. To get around the island, it is recommended to rent a scooter or bike (about $80 per month). This will give you the opportunity to arrange a trip around the island, stop wherever you like and go further whenever you want.

It is better to rent a powerful scooter with a luggage rack. International licenses are required, but they are checked very rarely, but if you drive without a helmet on your head, you will be immediately fined by the local police.

The car will cost three times more, and in addition, it will not pay for itself due to constant traffic jams.

Where to live

Depending on your vacation preferences, choose for yourself where to live in Bali and what to see. The regions of the island differ greatly from each other in lifestyle, level of comfort, climate, and nature.

Bali is good, there are many beaches with ideal conditions for studying, these are the areas of Kuta and Canggu. Surfers with a good level of experience ride on the Bukit Peninsula; the waves here are not suitable for beginners.

There are places for – Amed, Gili Islands. Here you will find a lot of marine life close to the shore in clear water.

The island has a large offer of hotels with specialized spa centers of international level. Guests here will be offered programs of care, treatment, rejuvenation in combination with therapeutic nutrition and professional Balinese and Ayurvedic massage.

North Bali is home to pristine rainforests, waterfalls and hot springs. Coffee and strawberries are grown here, birds and monkeys live peacefully in the forests, and dolphins swim in the sea. In the north there are perhaps the most sophisticated hotels where people go to relax in silence and unity with nature.

Lovers of beautiful landscapes, silence, green rice fields, waterfalls, and lakes stop in the central part of Bali.

A trip to Bali on your own is a good way to find exactly the kind of vacation that will inspire you and make you come back here again.

Kuta, Seminyak

If you love club life, noisy parties, crowds on the streets, cheap and tasty local food, if you want to go surfing, this is the place for you. This democratic and cheap tourist area is located in the south, close to the airport, making it an ideal place for a short stay or a first stop on the island.

There is accommodation here for every taste - from inexpensive guesthouses around $10-20 per night, which can be rented on the spot, to comfortable hotels ($40-70), which are located in the center and along the beach street. In Kuta, everything is nearby - a white sand beach, surfing schools, shops, scooter and car rentals, ATMs, exchangers, there is a democratic public and there is no dress code around the clock.

You will find an expensive version of the vibrant tourist life in Seminyak, this area is located next to Kuta. Here they live in expensive hotels or rent villas (from $150), eat in luxurious restaurants and stroll through designer boutiques.

Of the minuses of Kuta and Seminyak:

  • dense buildings,
  • many people,
  • roads are clogged with traffic,
  • no greenery at all.

On the plus side, you can live in these areas without personal transport; everything here is within walking distance.

Canggu, Bukit

To the west of Seminyak along the ocean coast lies a long beach with black sand and constant strong surf. This is where you can’t swim because of the waves, but there are many spots for surfing of different levels.

On the coast of Canggu there are beautiful green places where it is quiet and peaceful, good for relaxing with your family, in small hotels or villas. Lots of trendy cafes serving local and western cuisine. To move around the island you need transport.

On the Bukit Peninsula in the southern part of Bali there are spots for advanced surfers. There is no social life or clubs here, but there are beautiful, hard-to-reach beaches, campsites for surfers, and expensive villas with ocean views. To go to a restaurant, for shopping, or to go to the beach, you need personal transport.

Ubud

Ubud is called the cultural capital of Bali and is a charismatic place where it is worth staying for a few days and immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. International art festivals and concerts are often held here; it is in Ubud that most of the Europeans who have settled in Bali live. Ubud is surrounded by greenery and is surrounded by rice terraces with walking and cycling routes.

There are places to eat deliciously, there are yoga studios, and handicraft shops sell handmade wooden sculptures in Hindu traditions, paintings, and batik with traditional themes. This city has many workshops, exhibitions and museums.

Family holiday

The best areas for holidays with a small child are Nusa Dua and Sanur in the south of the island. There are comfortable beaches without waves and with snow-white coral sand, all kinds of amenities, peace and tranquility. Nusa Dua has hotels that are loved by package tourists. Independent travelers with children prefer to rent accommodation near the beaches of Nusa Dua.

Sanur is an old, comfortable and calm tourist area, home to the annual kite festival.

Beaches for swimming

Bali is not the best place for. Do not forget that this is an island in the ocean, and the ocean waves are not suitable for swimming. Strong ebbs and flows also make adjustments to the rest regime. The beaches suitable for swimming are crowded with people.

An exception is the snow-white coral beaches on the Gili Islands - these are small islands 35 kilometers east of Bali. Coral reefs protect Gili from the waves, making it a paradise for a beach holiday. You can find accommodation to suit every taste on site or through bookings.

In the east of Bali, the Blue Lagoon and White Sand Beach beaches are located in the bays; these are also convenient beaches for swimming with white sand and good access to the ocean.

Active holidays in Bali

Activities include fishing in Bali, diving, surfing, trips from Bali to the Ijen volcano on the neighboring island of Java. To participate in fishing, contact special companies that organize the event and gathering of participants, as well as provide boats, gear and take care of safety. The cost of participation for one person is from $70, the minimum number of participants is 2 people.

The Ijen volcano in Java is open for independent visits during the day and with professional guides at night. In the crater of the volcano there is a turquoise-colored sulfur lake; sulfur gas glows blue at night; these unusual phenomena attract tourists. Climbing the volcano to a height of 2799 meters is possible for people with average physical fitness.

Temples of Bali

Include a visit to temples in your vacation program. Every Balinese village has at least three temples; there are approximately 20 thousand of them throughout the whole island. Despite their ancient age, Balinese temples are active and revered by local residents. Here, like nowhere else, you can understand and feel the spirit of this country.

Send

Cool

There are no regular direct flights to Bali. There are only charters from Transaero from Moscow, but we were not happy with the price. We managed to buy cheaper tickets through a promotion from Thai Airways, however, we had to make a transfer in Bangkok, and our flight was somewhat delayed. Excellent service and comfortable chairs compensated for all the inconveniences. Denpasar greeted us with light rain, although the rainy season had long ended, it was an episodic phenomenon.

Transport

There is almost no public transport in Bali. A taxi ride costs approximately 5-7 dollars. It is much more profitable to travel on a scooter, which can be rented for the whole day for the same money. For long, long trips around the island, a car is more suitable. The price depends on its condition and brand. You can always bargain. There is no need to leave a deposit. A driver's license is required, and you also need to provide your phone number and the name of the hotel where you are staying.

Kuta - the center of life

We lived in Kuta. This area includes several settlements: Tuban, Legian, Seminak-Kerobokan and Kuta itself. This is the most party place on the island. Our hotel was called Best Western Kuta Villa. Small, cozy, clean, tidy with Balinese style rooms and just a 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and stalls. Trade is brisk there. Sellers are not shy about pushing their goods at an inflated price, so we always bargained. It was easy to cut the price in half.

From Kuta we went to Ubud. We didn’t take the excursion because the price seemed inadequate to us. We paid the hotel, rented a junked jeep and went on a trip to Bali.

Ubud is located in the interior of the island. Green hills, rice fields, jungles and a mountain river can compete with a beach holiday. There is an ancient city here. A visit there is the best way to understand Balinese culture. Craftsmen and musicians live in almost every house. You can visit a wood carving center, a jewelry gallery, a workshop where fabric is painted, and a local market. The level of hotels there cannot yet be called high, but this is hardly a serious disadvantage. Although there are real masterpieces with “infinity” pools in the treetops.

Almapur and Chandidasa

The next stop was Almapur. This architectural gem is located on the east coast.

The road to it goes through rice fields and palm groves. We stopped at the village of Candidasa. Quite a tourist place with reasonable prices, because there is no normal beach here. In some places there are strips of sand and pebble shore. Catamarans are “parked” on the water and taken out to sea for swimming or snorkeling. We managed to find budget accommodation. By the way, most villas are equipped with a swimming pool, which, as planned, should compensate for the lack of a beach. Prices in restaurants are obscenely cheap. I was very impressed by the lotus lake. It is impossible to drive past and not admire the beauty of nature.

After taking a couple of wrong turns, we finally reached Almapura.

Long ago, the city of Almapura was the capital of the kingdom of Karangasem, which fell into decline when the Dutch arrived on the island. It should be noted that the colonialists behaved with restraint, so most of the palaces have survived to this day. True, only Puri Agun, the residence of the rulers, is open to the public. An intricately carved gate leads to a courtyard containing several buildings. The territory of the park is very picturesque; in its center there is a pond.

Lovina

I persuaded my husband to go to Lovina, even though it was not very convenient and was not planned. Lovina is one of the most picturesque regions surrounded by flowers. Local beaches are notable for their black volcanic sand. We went on a boat to see dolphins and also visited the hot springs.

Without going into details of our movements, I would also like to mention the Besakih Temple, located in the northeast. It is the largest Hindu temple in Bali and is also called the mother of all temples. The complex occupies 6 levels and consists of 20 structures, each of which symbolizes a specific deity.

The Batur volcano made a huge impression. It is one of the most attractive points of the island. The fact that the volcano is active seriously tickles the nerves. You can get to the top of the giant on your own or as part of an excursion group. We preferred the second option. The rise began at 4 am to catch the stunning sunrise. The view from the top is colorful.

Beaches

The beaches on the island are municipal, with the exception of Nusa Dua and Jimbaran, there are private ones at hotels. In general, the beaches are clean and have everything you need. Kuta is quite crowded; at its southern tip you can watch planes take off and land, as there is an airport nearby. Legian is a quieter place.

Surfing

Bali is a mecca for surfers from all over the world. This is not just a sport, but an art. I had only seen this on TV before. Naturally, my husband and I did not take part in the water exercises, but only observed. The most extreme sports are in Dreamland, Uluwatu, Padang Padang, Binjin and the southern tip of the Bukit Peninsula.

Diving

We couldn't give up diving. The best place for this is in the village of Tulamben in the northeast. Not on land - Volcano Agung, many exotic inhabitants and emerald jungles, under water - bizarre sea inhabitants and a sunken ship. Getting into the water is very comfortable.

Food and restaurants

It is impossible to go hungry in Bali. Local restaurants offer dishes from all cuisines of the world. The prices are quite reasonable. Regular guests are greeted with joyful smiles. Our favorite restaurant in Kuta was Totemi. The menu is extensive and the staff is friendly. If you miss European fast food, you can find it in abundance in large shopping centers, such as Discovery.

Night life

Some streets in Bali consist entirely of bars and clubs. Every day they are filled with music and crowded with people. The nightlife center is located in Kuta on Legian Street. We liked SkyGarden the most. This is a universal establishment. On each of several floors, music of a certain format is played. During the evening you can change your location.

Surfers and hip-hop fans love to visit Eikon. The Hard Rock Cafe offers live music from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. The Anantara Hotel features Sos Club with a panoramic bar. You can admire the Seminyak coastline from comfortable and spacious sofas.

Spa

It would be a crime to visit Bali and not indulge in a spa. There are massage parlors that call themselves spas, but have little relation to this service, and there are real salons where you can relax your body and soul. I went to The Body Spa in Kuta. I ordered a three-hour stone therapy, which cost almost $80.

Bali is a great place. We will come to the island again, because there are so many places left that we have not yet seen.

Most tourists stay in Bali in the city Kuta, where nothing but high prices and crowds of vacationers awaits them. The real Bali is revealed to those who are not afraid to discover it for themselves! Therefore, for the sake of the most vivid impressions Grab your bike and ride around the island! And here is a practical route to the main attractions of the island.

But first... Let's saddle the iron horse. How to rent a bike in Bali?

You can rent the most popular transport in Bali at every step (the best option is at your hotel). 4 days rental and gasoline will cost on average 50 dollars. And the most popular and universal model Honda Vario(I recommend taking it).

Formally, to drive a motorbike in Bali, you need an international driver’s license, but in fact you can drive not only without a license (checked personally!), but also without knowing the rules of the road at all (also checked!).

Although there are rules in Bali, in reality they are not followed at all. But this does not mean that hell is going on on the island’s roads. I personally, a person with absolutely no driving experience or knowledge of the rules, managed to drive around the island for 4 days without a single accident. So don't drift, but also be careful!

Extremely bad advice: If you are riding without a license and the police suddenly decide to stop you, just drive past, pretending that you didn’t notice them. There is a 99% chance that no one will chase you. And if they chase and catch up, just put it in their hand 50 thousand Indonesian Rupiah (approx. 4 dollars) and move on calmly. Luckily for you, the police in Bali are terribly corrupt :)

Gasoline in Bali is also inexpensive. You can find it in any wilderness, both at standard gas stations and on the side of the road in alcohol bottles (and you can buy one without any problems).

And now the route through the most impressive places on the island:

Stop one - spiritual: Uluwatu Temple

ULUWATU- one of the most important Balinese shrines, located on an incredibly picturesque cliff height of 80 meters. Entrance to almost all temples in Bali paid. But the price is symbolic everywhere: 2-4 dollars. To enter the temples, men and women will need sarong(similar to a long skirt), which can either be purchased or rented at the entrance.

The temple itself, for all its importance for the Balinese, is unlikely to impress you. But the view that opens from there is truly breathtaking (especially during sunset). Walk along the cliff, meditate in one of the temple pagodas and move on happy.

Advice: watch out for monkeys! In this temple, they take special pleasure in taking personal belongings from tourists. And don't go to the ritual in the evening Kecak dance taking place in the temple. In truth, there is nothing special about it. And you will waste money and time.

An equally spiritual stop: Tanah Lot Temple

Tanakh Lot or "Land in the middle of the water"- another temple that is worth getting to. It is interesting because it is located on a rock standing in the ocean, and you can only get to it at low tide. You won’t be able to go into the temple itself (it is closed to the public), but for a small donation you can go through a small Balinese ritual at the foot of the temple, where they will sprinkle you with water, read some prayers, put a flower behind your ear and draw a dot on your forehead with rice . Some call these rituals a scam for the sake of money. But be that as it may, it’s still nice to think that now you are under the auspices of Balinese spirits.

It is most convenient to travel further from Kuta inland to the cultural capital of Bali - Ubud city(You can also spend the night there). In our understanding, Ubud can hardly be called a city, rather a village with private houses mixed with rice fields. And it is called the cultural capital because of the large concentration of artists and craftsmen with their workshops.

Advice: Cafes and restaurants in the popular cities of Bali are not cheap. To save on food, look into the so-called "Warungi"— a cafe where locals eat. The interior of the warungs is simpler than Michelin-starred restaurants, but the food is tasty and inexpensive.

Ubud city

*Here you can find cheap tickets to Bali*

Educational stop: Tegallalang Rice Terraces

The beautiful rice terraces that dot the entire island are one of the main attractions of Bali. A Tegallalang, located just half an hour from Ubud, are the most popular among tourists. If you have never seen how rice is grown before, you will be interested in walking along the narrow path between the terraces. Just wear comfortable shoes!

Mystical stop: Gunung Kawi

This place is famous for the royal burials carved directly into the rock. A little mysterious and even sinister(especially in rainy weather), it will definitely remind you of episodes from Indiana Jones or Lara Croft. Gunung Kawi is called one of the "places of power" in Bali, so it’s worth coming there to wander through the mysterious landscapes and feel (or not feel) the magical energy of this island.

Zoological stop: Monkey Forest

Even if you have never had a particular love for monkeys, you should still stop by the monkey forest for a couple of hours. First of all, it's incredible. beautiful dense cool forest with amazing vegetation. And secondly, the monkeys there are still cute.

Lifehack: There are two ways to get into the forest for free: either just come after 18:00 (but, to be honest, it gets a little scary there in the evening), or find a free entrance on the road connecting Jl. Monkey Forest and Jl. Nyuh Kuning.

Advice: attentively keep track of personal belongings(jewelry, glasses, cameras, etc.) and don't try to take it away found in monkeys I'm going. These creatures biting(alas, also tested in practice).

Peaceful stop: Lake Beratan

On the third day of your trip to Bali, you will probably already be convinced that if there is any attraction on the island, it must be holy and magical. Yes and on Lake Beratan there is a small but extremely important temple for the Balinese Ulun-Danu. Those ignorant of the world of spirits will simply love this lake and temple for their beauty and harmony.

Most impressive stop: Sekumpul Falls

If you haven't made it to Sekumpul Falls, consider You flew to Bali in vain. I’ll say right away that there are a lot of waterfalls in Bali, and on the way to the city of Singaraja there are two more: Git-git and Nung-nung(original titles:). But, to be honest, after Sekumpul, they are unlikely to impress you. The road to the Sekumpul waterfalls is long and difficult: in the fog and along mountain serpentine roads. And then another fifteen minutes on foot, but it's worth it!

Advice: If you don't plan to get wet standing next to the waterfalls, take a raincoat with you. And also be sure to wear comfortable shoes (flip-flops or flip-flops are definitely not suitable). There are no convenient paths there, and you will have to make your way along narrow paths or wade through water obstacles. This is where you will definitely feel like a real traveler.

Main: looking at the main and largest waterfall from below, go back a little and find the path leading to the very top of the waterfall, and be sure to get up there for the stunning views. And then, don’t be like many unsuccessful tourists and don’t miss out three more stunning waterfalls, to the right of the main one (there is a sign there). By the way, if you have long dreamed of swimming in a real waterfall in a real jungle, this is where your dream should come true. You only need throw away all fears!

Advice: Plan on at least three hours to climb these waterfalls.

I have long had a desire to travel around Bali for a few days and get to its northern coast, but things didn’t work out, a lot of things to do and a constant lack of time prevented such a trip in every possible way. Therefore, when preparing for a holiday in Bali in the summer of 2013, we allocated three days for such a trip without fail! And now, I will try to tell you what we did.

And so, the trip was in the plans, and when our friends living in Bali, Andrei and Natasha, said that they were also going to ride around the island, we decided not to postpone it for long. And so, on one of the beautiful Balinese evenings, we gathered on the large and cozy balcony of our villa, code-named “Deer” (I’ll tell you about this wonderful place someday) to create a travel itinerary. Of course, it will not be possible to travel around the entire island during this time, so we have chosen the main places that you must see in Bali. This is our route:

It started from Ubud.

We've all been here before, but we haven't seen everything, so on the first day we decided to visit the temples located near Ubud: , temple and , after which we spent the night at the Great Mountain View Hotel, located in the very heart of the island, at the foot of the majestic Agung volcano.

Elephant Cave Goa Gajah. Bali

On the second day, the plans included the most important temple of the island of Bali, located on the slopes of Agung.
And the temple.
Then our path lay to the northern coast and Lovina beach, here we wanted to see. And for the night we chose one unusual one.

On the final day of the trip, the road lay back towards Kuta through the hot springs in , the waterfall and lakes Tamblighan, Buyan and the well-known Bratan with a temple on the lake, but looking ahead I will say that having stopped at the waterfall, we passed the lakes already when it was dark and didn't stop.

Sekumpul waterfall. Bali Island

In addition to all this, many beautiful views awaited us along the way: these are the famous rice terraces, a stunning sunrise overlooking the Agung volcano, my favorite panorama of the Batur volcano and much, much more!

The next thing we had to decide was what to drive around the island. There were no problems with this, we chose the car quickly, we are going to the Suzuki APV Arena.

In our opinion, this is one of the most convenient cars for moving around the island. It is relatively small in size, but at the same time it can comfortably fit 7 people, and there were only four of us. We didn’t have to run around rent cars, Andrey called our friend Whiskey, a Balinese, and he said that he would send us a car in the morning, on the day of departure.
Hurray, everything is ready, a day to get ready and the day after tomorrow we leave!

Bali is still considered an exotic destination. The price of a trip at travel agencies is sometimes announced depending on how the client is dressed. For those who prefer not to spend extra money and travel rather than come, articles on SmartTrip are dedicated. Organizing an independent trip to Bali is not at all difficult - read on.

Bali is perhaps the easiest destination for independent travelers, only the Maldives is easier (). All you need to do is buy a plane ticket, book a hotel online (on the spot it will be 2-3 times more expensive), take out insurance, and for convenience, also online. The most convenient way to get around the island is by taxi, which by our standards costs nothing ($20 for a whole day of travel). In general, an independent trip to Bali can be done without leaving your computer, right now. On website There are articles that will help you plan an individual route, for which the travel agency will set a price tag as an “individual exotic trip.” But more on that later, let's start with air tickets.

Search for flights to Bali

Air tickets to Bali, to Denpasar (airport code - DPS), will be the main and only significant cost of traveling to Bali. Here are the price statistics for air tickets to Bali:

Occasionally, there are last minute deals in Bali. Let's check if there is anything today:

Tip: Not all offers appear on the site. Just leave a request to Top Travel Agent and they will answer you if there is anything burning right now.

Traveling to Bali has two pleasant aspects that make travel easier and cheaper.
This:

— Virtual absence of seasons. Bali is almost on the equator, what they call the “wet” season from November to March - just light rains that fall at night, and then locally;

— A Bali visa is issued upon arrival at Denpasar airport.

That is, solo trip to Bali You can book whenever you want and for any dates you want. If you want to save money, you just look for tickets at a good price. This can be done at, which contains simple recommendations for those who purchase an air ticket online for the first time.

The flight to Bali takes 15 hours, depending on the flight, most of which have a transfer, for example, in Singapore. This is the best option, both in terms of convenience and price. In general, there is a great way to make this long flight less tiring. Stay 1-2 days in beautiful Singapore on your way there and back. We just first look for inexpensive MOW-SIN there and SIN-MOW return tickets. Then SIN-DPA, there are more of these flights, you can choose the best option by date. Now you can book a hotel in Singapore. But in general, on such long flights, if funds allow, it is better to buy business class. So, the most difficult, tedious and expensive part is over, now let’s talk about how to develop an independent travel route around Bali.

In general, this is a small island, which, if you really want, you can travel around by taxi in a day. The main resorts of Bali: Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Ubud, Lovina, Seminyak. There are two points that will help you avoid disappointment from a trip to this island (yes, this happens!):

— If you are expecting a purely bounty-style beach holiday, no, this is not Bali. Try it , , , . There are not many beaches for vegetable recreation in Bali; even on the beaches of Nusa Dua a tide chart is posted;

— In Bali, you can and should visit several resorts, even in a short trip. They are located next to each other, but at the same time they differ radically: calm decent beach Nusa Dua, party Kuta, secluded yoga-style Ubud, exotic Singaraja with black volcanic sand...

In general, about how to properly develop an independent travel route in Bali - .

So, on one side of the scale - a long flight (although, personally, I like to fly for a long time), ebbs and flows; on the other - no hassle with a visa, the ability to break at any time, low cost of hotels with high quality (you can book a hotel in Bali with discounts in the right column of the site or by), cheap costs within the country. What else?

The most important thing in Bali is, of course, the SPA. Having centuries-old traditions, it is the hallmark of the island. The expanse here is not only for women: the specialty of the Balinese SPA is the “Black Borneo” wrap for men, which includes cloves and black rice powder, followed by a massage and bath. Well, for the fair half - this is a good one
