This is our second time in Vietnam. Read a lot of reviews to choose a good hotel in Nha Trang. We rested in "Diamond Bay" and never regretted it! We had a difficult 6-hour night flight. We couldn’t sleep on the plane; we arrived early in the morning. We were very tired and wanted to sleep. We arrived at the hotel exhausted. Compared to other hotels, our "Diamond Bay" looked quite attractive. There was a huge bouquet of orchids in the lobby! Indescribable beauty!!! At the reception we were informed that they would be able to check us in earlier than 14:00, but we would need to pay for early check-in ($63). We were ready for this. We decided to move in because... It was only 6 o'clock in the morning, and we were "off our feet." They immediately brought me a compliment from the hotel with a tonic drink. I don’t know what it was made of, but something very tasty with ginger! Due to the fault of the tour operatorWe had some minor problems due to the room category. But the hotel guide helped solve everything. I would like to note the work of the hotel employees. Specifically in our situation, the responsible manager Ngoc Lich helped. I note that all administrators at the reception speak English. Ngoc Lich helped us find the optimal and profitable solution for us. And what is also important for me, he found the right words for my tired and starting to get nervous husband. :))) In addition, Ngoc Lich himself took us to the shopping center and showed us where we could have a snack. Thanks a lot!!! In the evening, a compliment from the hotel - fresh cookies; the next evening - a fruit plate... Perhaps a small thing, but very nice. Our room is on the 11th floor with a gorgeous view of the pool and coast!!! The room is spacious, with a balcony, all furniture and appliances are in working order. The room has a huge bed and a single bed, TV, refrigerator, rocking chair and coffee table. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion with an amazing scent - rosemary and mint!!! The room itself is decorated in light colors, it’s comfortable to be in! There is a minibar for extra. fee. Water and tea are free. The room is cleaned daily, no complaints. We only go to the restaurant for breakfast. The choice of dishes is varied! Everything is tasty and satisfying. There is traditional Vietnamese soup Pho, scrambled eggs and omelettes, fresh fruit, delicious pastries. I was impressed by the waffles. But the most delicious thing is the cupcakes. They will remain forever in my heart! :))) Otherwise, a standard and tasty buffet set! Good cocktails at the pool bar. The beach pleasantly surprised us! Clean, beautiful, pleasant golden sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The water is warm and quite clean! Early in the morning and evening there are many locals and Chinese. After 8 o'clock only ours remained, about 8-10 people. The hotel has few sunbeds, but finding a free one was not a problem. Towels must be taken from hotel workers on the beach, wearing blue uniforms. They don't ask for a card or a room number. The child prefers swimming in the pool. There are outdoor swimming pools on the 4th floor. Children's, large (depth approximately 160 cm), small with jacuzzi. There is a pool bar. The property offers panoramic views of the coast. Makes great photos! Towels are provided at the bar. There are few Russians in the hotel, mostly Chinese. We are very pleased with the hotel. We recommend Diamond Bay for a visit!!!…

The hotel and restaurant staff are attentive and always greet you warmly with a smile. (in Russia this would be the case, otherwise all the staff in hotels and restaurants are preoccupied and tense). the beaches are well equipped, the sea is warm, the waves are small. The pool is magnificent, we swam in the pool every morning from 6 to 7, and then after breakfast we went to the distant beach (free, 5 minutes drive) and enjoyed the sea until 16.30.

My friend and I spent our vacation in Diamond Bay in Nha Trang in February 2016. We really liked the service. There was a Russian man on duty at the reception desk, helping to sort out various issues. The staff speaks either their native language or broken English. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor. This room has a balcony overlooking the garden. Well equipped, everything is very neat, towels are changed daily, linen is changed upon request. I liked the buffet: there were always fresh salads, pastries, fresh juices, although there was little seafood. Alcohol is paid. Drinking water is provided in bottles once a day.
The hotel has all the conditions for wellness: a spa, a gym overlooking a large swimming pool. The area is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by greenery. There are 2 beaches nearby: internal (more well-groomed) and distant, which is 3 minutes away by shuttle. There are a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas, but it is better to come to the beach in the morning, as seaweed sometimes accumulates by lunchtime. We were a little disappointed with the animation: there is none. Only in the evenings did the girl sing. We went to Nha Trang, 15 minutes away by shuttle. After the trip we realized how lucky we were with the hotel. The city is very noisy. And here is a wonderful, quiet place! Suitable for those who want to relax on vacation.

We visited Vietnam for the first time, we went with a group, two couples, in January 2016. We did not regret at all that we chose the Diamond Bay Resort and Spa: it is located in a very picturesque and quiet place.
The bungalow we were placed in was very comfortable, with 4 rooms. The rooms had everything you needed: kettle, TV, refrigerator, safe, slippers, bathrobes, gels, shampoos. Every day they brought 0.5 liter bottles of drinking water per person and a basket of fruit to the room. We were amazed by the cleaning of the rooms. They cleaned very cleanly and discreetly. There are special cards in the room that you need to place on the bed if you want your linen changed. In general, the hotel staff are very nice people and friendly. The only downsides: no air conditioning and a lot of mosquitoes.
We were warned in advance that there was no infrastructure in the surrounding area, so we took all meals inclusive. For breakfast they serve delicious Pho soups. I liked the croissants and fresh juices. The hotel has 7 restaurants with different cuisines, but they are a little expensive. We went to Nha Trang a couple of times; in the cafes there you can eat for $8 per person.
There is a problem with entertainment in the hotel. They are few. There was live music in the evenings and a seaside party a couple of times a week. Otherwise, the main activity is a relaxing holiday. The hotel has two beaches: near and far, accessible by electric cars. In the distance there is a clean, calm sea, several shops, a bar. You can also relax near the large swimming pool. Part of the time was spent in the spa and gym. We went to Nha Trang several times by shuttle bus. We saw the city and had dinner. We took an excursion to Yang Bay.
All the conditions in the hotel are excellent, with the exception of the infrastructure, but this is a small thing compared to the beauty here.

The whole family, with children aged 6 and 8, spent their holiday at the hotel. The hotel has a cozy, green area. We stayed in two garden deluxe rooms with a shared balcony. The room is beautiful, clean, they bring you free coffee, sugar, and drinking water every day. The meals were all inclusive, the breakfasts were delicious with a large assortment of fruits, juices, and buns. The hotel has a huge swimming pool with different depths, 2 beaches. The nearby beach is good for children, it is shallow and the water warms up well. To get to the far one you need to take a shuttle. It is well equipped, there is a snack bar and they sell fruit. The lack of animation for children was disappointing. But you can go on excursions. The children were delighted with Vinpearl - an island of entertainment with attractions. I especially liked the aquarium. The hotel is very comfortable, but I advise you to go there with older children.
